JAS information
- ประมาณการโดยให้ รายได้ 2557 โตประมาณ 7% ของ ปี 2556 ==> Revenue = 12,110 MB
- use EBIT = 35% of Revenue = 4,235 MB
- use NPM = 20% of Revenue = 0.2 x 12,110 = 2,420 MB / (3,561x2) = 0.34 Baht per share
- use NPM = 25% of Revenue = 0.25 x 12,110 = 3,027 MB / (3,561x2) = 0.42 Baht per share
- Assume Growth 10% นาน 5 ปี = 0.42 x 1.1^5 = 0.67 baht per share
- Assume Growth 5% นาน 5 ปี = 0.34 x 1.05^5 = 0.44 baht per share
use PE 15 เท่า as maximum
= 15 x 0.67 = 10 baht
use PE 10 เท่า as minimum
= 10 x 0.44 = 4.4 baht

Use Yield Gap to predict SET index
Average Yield Gap 2000-2009 = 5.5% (as below figure)
Updated 10 year US Bond as of Jan 13 '2014 = 2.85%
http://www.bloomberg.com/quote/USGG10YR:IND
Therefore, use Average Yield Gap to predict Average Index
Average PE = 12 times
From Last Article, let say,as of Jan 22 '14: SET=1290, PE = 14.5
http://marketdata.set.or.th/mkt/marketsummary.do?language=th&country=TH
If use PE = 12, SET = 1067 (consider no GDP growth)
So, Average SET = 1067
Today SET (Jan 22 '14) close at = 1290 ==> Very Expensive???
